We are an online store only and do not have a physical store like a traditional shop. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg.

We do not offer collections.

No. We only have a warehouse in Johannesburg but we do deliver anywhere in South Africa.

We are an online store and do not have a showroom where you can physically view our products. All the products that we sell are listed on our e-commerce website. We endeavour to have high resolution images and descriptions of all our products in order to make purchasing online as easy as possible.

No. Cash payments are not possible as we use an independent courier service. All orders must be paid in full before we products are dispatched.

We offer FREE nationwide door to door delivery for orders over R1000.

For orders less than R1000 we have a nominal flat rate of R125 for deliveries nationwide to major metropolitan cities and R230 for outlying areas.

Deliveries to major metropolitan (defined as areas that are serviced by a commercial airport) areas usually take 1-2 business days.

Deliveries to regional areas (within 80km of a commercial airport) usually take 2-3 business days.

Deliveries to outlying areas (not within 80km of a commercial airport) usually take 3-4 business days as the courier service may only service them every alternate day or once a week. Please contact us for advice on remote areas as there are a few locations that are not serviced by any courier service.

The courier service will not be able to deliver to the following locations: chain-store, embassy, government departments, remote plots,farms, hospitals and power stations.

Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order should the courier service not be available for an area or the cost of the courier service exceeds the cost of the order.

Johannesburg / Pretoria (2 full business days + 1 for delivery / no weekend delivery)

All other major city centers, outlying areas and townships (3 full business days + 1 for delivery / no weekend delivery)

Orders may not be collected as we do not have a showroom.

For your convenience and our peace of mind we ONLY make use of a door-to-door courier service to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We DO NOT ship via Post Office or Postnet.

We are only able to ship to physical addresses located on the African continent at present.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please send an email to sales@cablesmart.co.za or contact us directly.

We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions

(a) The item must have been sold on our online store
(b) The item shouldn't have been used in any way
(c) The return or exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery
(d) The return is made within 1 day(s) of the return or exchange request
