Shipping Policy

Deliveries to major metropolitan (defined as areas that are serviced by a commercial airport) areas usually take 1 - 2 business days at a cost of R125 up to 5KG. Thereafter, an additional cost of R13 per additional KG applies.

Deliveries to regional areas (within 80km of a commercial airport) usually take 2 - 3 business days at a cost of R125 up to 5KG.  Thereafter, an additional cost of R13 per additional KG applies.

Deliveries to outlying areas (not within 80km of a commercial airport) usually take 3 - 4 business days as the courier service may only service them every alternate day or once a week.  Delivery cost starts from R230 up to 5KG.  Thereafter, an additional cost of R13 per additional KG applies.

Please contact us for advice on remote areas as there are a few locations that are not serviced by any courier service.

The courier service will not be able to deliver to the following locations: chain-stores, embassies, government departments, remote plots, farms, hospitals and power stations.

Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order should the courier service not be available for an area or the cost of the courier service exceeds the cost of the order.
