Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will use a door to door courier service to collect the item and once the collection has been completed we will refund your purchase directly to your chosen bank account.

Please supply us with the following details so that we can process your return:

  • Physical address for the courier to collect (if different from the delivery address)
  • Any special instructions for the collection (preferred time between 9am and 4pm / access requirements)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items should be returned as per the above instructions so we can assess the fault(s) and take necessary action to replace or exchange. Should we assess damages to causes such as factory fault we will refund you for the items(s) or provide you with an alternate product of similar specifications.

We reserve the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged item(s) based on the nature of the damages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the requirements as specified above. For orders cancelled prior to shipping your refund will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deduct courier fees for collection from your refund, should the returned item(s) not be damaged or if item(s) are returned and you do not want an exchange.

We reserve the right to issue refunds in the form of vouchers.

Uncollected Goods
Items that have been paid for but not collected for a period of more than 30 days after payment is made will be sold to defray costs.
